Outside of a licensed Oregon treatment relationship, products are general consumer wellness products you choose to purchase; buying them does not create a provider-patient relationship or constitute medical treatment.

Orders, shipping & returns
Note that opened or consumable supplements, and refrigerated items such as probiotics or custom tinctures, are typically non-returnable for safety. A common approach: 30-day returns on unopened, unused items in original packaging, with proof of purchase; customer pays return shipping.
