This Website Privacy Policy explains how Lumi House LLC, an Oregon limited liability company doing business as Lumi Acupuncture, collects, uses, and shares personal information through drlyndsey.com and its related webpages (the Website). Dr. Lyndsey | Ecology of Care is the public-facing name used on the Website.
This policy applies only to information collected through the Website. It does not govern patient health information submitted through PracticeQ, Cerbo, or another secure patient portal. Patient health information is handled under the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices and patient agreements.

Cerbo is used for patients receiving care through SHIFT Functional Medicine. Those services collect information under their own terms, privacy practices, and security procedures. Information collected through Cerbo for SHIFT care is managed by SHIFT Functional Medicine.
Once you leave the Website, the privacy policy of the destination service applies. We encourage you to review it before submitting information.
