COLLABORATE
Workshops & Retreats
I collaborate with retreat leaders, practitioners, and organizations to create thoughtful, body-based experiences through acupuncture, teaching, and facilitated conversation. Each offering is shaped around the people in the room—and what you hope they carry home.
Rather than offering a fixed calendar of events, I shape each collaboration around the gathering, its intention, and the particular people it serves.
In honor of all that becomes possible when we step outside the habitual.
I love working alongside thoughtful practitioners, teachers, retreat leaders, and community makers to create spaces where people can experience their bodies, their health, and perhaps even themselves a little differently.
I bring acupuncture, Classical Chinese Medicine, whole-person education, and a deep curiosity for what the particular humans in the room might need.
Workshops
Understanding creates agency. My workshops make complex physiology and ancient medicine feel useful, embodied, and genuinely relevant to everyday life. Topics often explore hormone intelligence, fertility as a vital sign, nervous system resilience, seasonal living, nourishment, and the art of understanding what your body is communicating.
Possible Workshop Topics:
Cycle and Hormone Literacy
Fertility as a Vital Sign
Nervous-system Resilience
Seasonal Living, Nourishment, and Classical Chinese Medicine
Retreats
A new rhythm can make room for something new to take root. Acupuncture offers a beautiful way to support that threshold: helping people regulate, restore, integrate, and more fully inhabit whatever the experience has opened. Treatments can be individual, community-style, quietly restorative, or intentionally oriented toward integration, depending on the intention of the gathering.
Retreat Possibilities:
Individual or Community-style Acupuncture
Integration Treatments
Teaching, or Custom Programming with the Retreat Team
Let’s make something meaningful.
Tell me who you’re gathering, what you’re dreaming up, and what you hope people carry home.
Tell me What You’re Dreaming Up
I’d love to hear what you’re creating, who you’re gathering, and the kind of experience you hope to create. You don’t need to have every detail figured out, please just share what you know.
