Come as You Are

Whole-person medicine for living systems.

However you’ve arrived — depleted, curious, hopeful, skeptical, or simply ready to feel more like yourself — you are welcome here. Some people come carrying years of trying to feel better. Others come to tend what’s already well. Both belong.

Your body is an ecosystem: intelligent, adaptive, and quietly wise, designed to grow and repair when the conditions are right. So much of healing is simply tending the terrain — the rhythms, the nourishment, the rest, the sense of safety in which a body remembers how to thrive.

Welcome to the Ecology of Care. Here, acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and education come together into one connected continuum — rooted in Classical Chinese Medicine, grounded in modern evidence, and shaped entirely around you. Whatever season you’re in, this is a place where you’re seen, met, and held — and where, together, we create the conditions for real change to take root.

May you live + be well.

Ways to Take Care

Ecology of Care

Your Body is One Connected Ecosystem

The same care that eases one thing steadies the whole.

A Different Kind of Care

Here, we begin with the whole person, not just the symptom.

Together, we learn to listen differently: tracing the deeper patterns shaping how you feel, making sense of what your body is asking for, and creating the conditions in which it can regulate, repair, and return to itself.

You’re given the time, the context, and the care to truly understand yourself — and a genuine partnership in your healing, where you’re an active participant rather than a passive recipient. Your symptoms are met as part of your larger story, and change is approached as something collaborative, relational, and entirely possible.

That is the heart of this work.

Through acupuncture, herbal medicine, nervous system support, education, telehealth, treatment planning, and ongoing guidance, Dr. Lyndsey offers a living continuum of care designed to help people feel more resourced in their bodies and more empowered in their health.

Together, we create an approach that is deeply individualized — one that helps you better understand your body, recognize its patterns and cues, and cultivate the conditions that allow healing to take root in a sustainable way.

The intention is not simply to manage symptoms, but to help you build a more informed, connected, and trusting relationship with yourself — one rooted in awareness, participation, and the understanding that your body is capable of profound change when given the right support.

Meet Dr Lyndsey Brozyna

CLASSICAL ACUPUNCTURIST & HERBALIST

My work is about helping people reconnect with their bodies — and the real, sustainable possibility of feeling well from the inside out. Through acupuncture, herbal medicine, nervous system support, and education, I help people build lives that feel more grounded, vibrant, and alive.

What makes this work different is the meeting of two things that rarely share a room: deep emotional attunement and rigorous, systems-based clinical thinking. My role is to recognize the pattern beneath your symptoms and guide you toward what will genuinely help — in a way that feels sustainable, collaborative, and profoundly human.

Deeply seen. Deeply informed.

It’s what patients most often name when they leave — safe enough to soften, and supported enough to finally understand what’s happening in their bodies.

  • “Dr. Lyndsey Brozyna is truly an exceptional Acupuncturist. She has a remarkable gift for listening closely to her patients’ needs and tailoring care with a broad and knowledgeable approach. Her expertise spans multiple modalities, making her treatments highly effective for injury recovery, migraines, and overall wellness.

What stands out most is Lyndsey’s calming and compassionate demeanor—she creates an environment where patients feel genuinely heard, supported, and cared for. I’ve referred several of my own patients to her, and they’ve all shared the same positive experience. Bend is fortunate to have a practitioner of her caliber. Highly recommended!”

  • “I recently had an acupuncture session with Dr. Lyndsey Brozyna, and let me say... She changed my mind about acupuncture! Lyndsey is so gentle and caring. She listens deeply, is laser focused, and can intuit my needs in a way that's profound. Her touch and technique is gentle, and this subtle approach (in all the right points) allowed my energy to shift powerfully. I have booked 4 more sessions with her because I believe in this work so much. Even after just one session I felt more aligned and alive than I have in months. Thank you, Lyndsey!”

  • “By the time I found Dr. Lyndsey, I was exhausted by being a patient. I had seen so many practitioners and was used to having to defend or explain what I was experiencing. She believed me immediately. She never promised a quick fix, but she helped me understand the patterns, calm my nervous system, and rebuild my health in a way that felt sustainable. I am doing things now that I honestly did not think would be possible again.”

  • “ I’ve been seeing Dr. Lyndsey for acupuncture for several months and she is an incredible practitioner. She radiates warmth, kindness, and intelligence. She listens carefully to symptoms and helps weave together a cohesive understanding of the body through the lens of Chinese Medicine. I look forward to my sessions with her so much and have seen many positive improvements in my menstrual cycle health, hormones, and nervous system regulation. Lyndsey truly feels like a partner on my healing journey. She understands the body’s innate wisdom and how to create the ideal conditions for healing. I highly recommend her!”

  • “ I found Lyndsey after being told that my AMH was too low and that pregnancy without fertility treatment would probably never happen. I was scared, overwhelmed, and beginning to distrust my body. Working with her completely changed that relationship. She helped me understand what my labs could tell us without allowing one result to define the entire story. Several months later, I became pregnant naturally. Lyndsey supported me through the earliest weeks, and I truly cannot imagine that chapter of my life without her. Thank you, Lyndsey!!”

  • “I've only been seeing Lyndsey for a few months now and have already been seeing + feeling a positive shift within my body. I've been to a handful of acupuncturists ¬ one has even compared - she has been working her magic in such an incredible + beautiful way. Her energy is so pure, raw, authentic.. all the wonderful things!! If you're thinking about getting in to see an acupuncturist somewhere I hiighly recommend her!”

  • “Acupuncture with Lyndsey became one of the most important parts of my recovery from long COVID. Some weeks we focused on sleep, other weeks on pain or digestion or inflammation, and sometimes I simply needed help getting my body out of fight or flight. She always seemed to know where to begin. The changes were gradual, but they stayed. “Grateful” isn’t big enough a word.”

Behind it lives a whole ecosystem of care — designed to meet you at different depths, and to grow with you over time.

Most people begin on the table. From there, care can deepen however your life asks it to: virtual visits for the questions that need more room, longer containers for the seasons that call for continuity, herbal medicine, education, and resources you can return to again and again. Acupuncture opens the conversation. Everything else helps what begins there take root.

However you arrive, and however far you choose to go, you’ll be met as a whole person — in partnership, and at your own pace.
